a result of Jackie's work at HUD, the Agency
increased its contracts going to small disadvantaged
businesses from 35% to 54%

of the U.S. General Services Administration,
Jackie Robinson has formulated
strategies to increase business opportunities
for small businesses with the Federal government,
drafted a presidential executive
order that resulted in all Federal agencies
supporting small, minority, women and veteran
owned
businesses, and he has represented a
major Fortune 500 company as its principal government
relations liaison to the White House,
